Expand Exploration and Production Limited (“EEPL”) immediate focus is to produce and monetize on core oil near term in-field opportunities from marginal field acquisition that offer strategic advantages vis-à-vis proximity to critical processing and evacuation infrastructure, while leveraging on technical/operations expertise through joint venture partnerships. We aim to transform our upstream business into an industry leader from equity interests earned through farm-ins and further strategic acquisitions of premium producing field(s) and assets from exiting IOCs.

Expand Midstream Partners Limited (“EMPL”) will focus on unlocking immense gas potential and monetizing gas resources via an accelerated domestic gas value chain, from supply of processed gas to gas fired power plants and other independent power projects as well as sales of target product streams (LPG, CNG..etc) to ensure zero-flare – carbon foot print reduction while spinning-off scalable renewable investment directly related to core area of existing operations. EMPL will also play in the construction and maintenance of critical down-stream national oil and gas pipeline infrastructure projects centered around evacuation of refined products to the local market. Both the mid and down – steam projects will leverage on existing technical partnerships and a build, operate and transfer construct.
