Expand Energy Corporation (“EEC”) is an oil and
gas solutions and infrastructure company focused
primarily on the Nigerian upstream and midstream
sectors.
The critical role that the Oil and Gas industry
plays for the Nigerian economy means that ever
greater emphasis is being placed on increasing
oil and gas production and monetisation both by
the government as well as independent operators.
Such a burgeoning industry necessitates continuous
enhancement of oil an gas exploration methods,
production methods and technologies as well as
a substantial trans-national network of physical
infrastructure starting from pipelines, tank terminals
and flow stations through to refineries, oil depots
and petrol stations.
EEC seeks to play a key role in the above by
assisting leading exploration and production players
to improve performance through the supply of
world-class drilling platforms for both onshore and
near-offshore drilling solutions, EPC contracting
as well as strategic services delivered in order to
enhance operational efficiencies and capabilities.
In midstream, we facilitate investment into onshore
and near-offshore oil and gas pipeline infrastructure
through bringing together consortia including
international financial institutions, specialist
manufacturers and EPC partners. In doing so we
act as sponsors and promoters of pipeline projects.
